DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship all our orders via Royal Mail using TRACKED48 service and you can choose from the following options: • Standard Delivery (up to 3 working days) - £3.90 • FREE UK standard delivery for all orders over £30

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking details once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

You can return an item for exchange or a refund. All we ask is that the item is in it's original unworn and unwashed state with any tags still attached. Trying on an item does not affect the item (so long as you do not stain the item with makeup or deodorant).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or was not as ordered) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your t-shirt/hoodie for a different size, send us an email at contact@overinkers.co.uk
